Welcome to FixRight Appliance Repair (“FixRight,” “we,” “our,” or “us”).
By accessing or using our website or scheduling a repair, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Services

FixRight provides residential appliance repair services in the Greater Hamilton area.
All service appointments, estimates, and repairs are subject to technician availability and diagnostic verification.

2. Estimates and Payments

Estimates are provided prior to work being completed.

Payment is due immediately upon completion of service.

Accepted payment methods: credit or debit card, or e-transfer.

Cash is not accepted.

A return-visit fee may apply if parts must be ordered. This fee is waived on invoices over $300 or if the repair is under warranty.

3. Cancellations and Rescheduling

Appointments may be cancelled or rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice.

Cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment may incur a $49 cancellation fee.

4. Warranty

Repairs include a 6-month labour warranty unless otherwise stated.

Warranty applies only to the specific repair completed and does not cover unrelated failures, misuse, or normal wear and tear.

5. Parts

FixRight uses only OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) parts.

Once installed, parts are non-returnable unless defective under manufacturer warranty.

6. Liability

FixRight is not liable for:

Pre-existing damage to appliances or property.

Any loss of food, time, or business resulting from appliance failure.

Damage caused by user tampering or misuse after service.

7. Scheduling and Access

Clients must ensure safe, unobstructed access to the appliance at the time of service.
Missed appointments where access is denied may be treated as same-day cancellations.

8. After-Hours and Emergency Rates

Standard rates apply Mon–Sat, 8 a.m.–6 p.m.

After 6 p.m.: +25% or +$50 surcharge.

Sunday/Holidays: +$99 or +50% premium.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario.
Any disputes shall be handled in a provincial or federal court located in Ontario.
